PAYING THROUGH PAYPAL.COM

ANNOUNCEMENT:   We now accept major credit cards (Discover Card, Visa and MasterCard)!

Note: We still gladly accept payment via personal check.

We began taking payments through PayPal.com in March 2000. We understand that some customers have had difficulty in setting up a PayPal account. We will try to make it easier for the first-timer by providing these instructions. It is easier than it looks.

Confirm availability of titles and then make payment to 5quail PayPal account - it's fast, free and secure!
  1. Click here: PayPal to open PayPal in a new window.
  2. Click on Sign Up in the bottom right of the screen if you don't already have an account or click on the Log In button in the top right of the screen to sign in.
  3. If you are setting up a new PayPal account, you will be asked the usual questions (name, address, email address (this will be your log-in to PayPal), password (for PayPal), telephone number, etc.). Be sure to complete all required fields.
  4. PayPal will send you an email within a few minutes to confirm that you receive messages at the email address you provide. Once you verify your email address, your account is activated.
  5. Before you send money to anyone, you need to fund your account by registering a credit card with PayPal, sending a personal check to PayPal or by adding funds through electronic funds transfers from your bank account.
If you already have a PayPal account, click here to log into your account.   When you are logged into your activated PayPal account:
  1. Click on the SEND MONEY tab.
  2. Complete the Recipient's Email field with:     5quail@grandcanyonbooks.com
  3. Complete the Amount($) field with the order total we provide to you.
  4. Complete the Business Name field with:     Five Quail Books
  5. Complete the Note field with your mailing address (if you haven't already provided it to us), the book(s) being ordered, and any other information you would like to tell us.
  6. Click on continue and complete any other information PayPal requests as appropriate.
For us to accept your payment via PayPal, we are subject to transactions fees on all payments accepted. We do not pass this fee on to our customers.
However, PayPal's policy is that if we need to provide a refund, the transaction fees will not be reimbursed to us by PayPal. Therefore, if you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid less any PayPal transactions fees.
