ORDERING:   To order, please call or send an email listing the catalogue and item numbers you are interested in ordering. When more than one copy of a title is offered, it will be listed as (A), (B), etc. under the item number. Be sure to reference both the item number and the letter when ordering one of these. We accept payment by check or cash. We also accept payment via PayPal.com.

All items listed are subject to prior sale. If you haven't found what you are looking for in this listing, send us your "want" list. We have many more items that may not be listed here.
TERMS:   Prices are net. Reciprocal discounts to dealers specializing in Western Americana who exchange catalogs with us on a regular basis, and/or who order from our catalogs. We ask those who want our catalogs for information only to remit $5 annually to defray printing and postage costs. Established customers receive them automatically, and may be invoiced for purchases if desired. Institutions also will be billed against purchase orders. All others, kindly submit payment with orders. Everything we offer is returnable for any reason within 10 days of receipt; but advise us first please.
SHIPPING: First book, $3.95; each additional item $1.75. Extra heavy or unusual shipments will be billed actual post or UPS charges. On light items (brochures, pamphlets, etc.), figure two equal one book.
SALES TAX: Arizona customers must include the usual state and/or city tribute to their orders. As of June 1, 2001: Orders shipped within Phoenix are taxed at 8.1% on the books; orders shipped within Arizona (but outside Phoenix) are taxed at 6.3% on the books.
GUARANTEE: Everything we offer is guaranteed - you must be pleased with your purchase or it may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Please advise before returning, and pack and ship (including insurance, if we insured) with the same care we have taken in the outbound shipment. We repeat: advise before returning; we may have other orders for the same title, and will want to advise the new purchaser that the title is now available.
